Fit-out is a term which defines designing and completing a shell and core space – a raw floor space bounded by walls – with the specific interior partitioning, floor, ceiling, mechanical, electrical, and environmental requirements of its occupants included.

Our turn key fit-out services include MEP, joinery, aluminum and glass works, carpentry works, installation of ceramic tiles, elevated floors and suspended ceilings.
Every fit-out process includes three main stages:
• Pre-construction
• Construction
• Post-construction
Within our proven design and planning process we make sure that all the requirements and specification will be met and completed on time during all stages of fit-out process.

Pre-construction Stage

Actual site inspection
During Actual site inspection our team surveys the site of available facilities and evaluate the existing site condition.
Interior design & space planning
At this stage, insights and suggestions will be provided to ensure that the design and space organization are efficient for our clients’ needs.
Quantity and cost estimation
After layout and design are finalized, Innerspace Interior Decoration will provide an estimate of the quantity and cost of materials, equipment, and manpower to be used, including the contracts and schedules.
Permits & Licenses
In this process, we will work on the necessary building authorizations and documentations to make sure there is a free-flowing construction on the designated area.
Construction preparation
Toolbox meetings and construction coordination meetings are conducted to ensure proper workflow and execution. After completing the safety measures, mobilization takes place – workers, tools, and materials to be used are moved to the project site to start the construction process.

Construction Stage

Civil & Architectural Works
This process includes installation of architectural interiors such as wall and enclosures work, ceiling works, flooring works, and accent systems.
MEP Works
MEP are essential for any living or working environments. The term of MEP stands for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing systems installation. In this stage we make any type of project habitable for humans.
IT Network
IT Network includes supply and installation of IT components and configurations such as voice and data nodes, Wi-Fi access and equipment terminations.
Furnishing works
This covers accessorizing of establishment to meet all customer requirements and create comfortable living or working environment. We supply and install furniture and accent pieces as per client’s preference.

Post-construction Stage

As-built Plans, Authorities Certifications & Permits
At this stage we provide occupancy permits and final documents. We run site surveys to identify and record various aspects of the completed project for future reference, as well as comparison with the original designs.
Site turn-over
This is the phase where the project is handover to the client and it's available for occupant utilization.
